Thank you for visiting my website. I'm a furniture-maker, furniture restorer and general worker in wood on Saltspring Island on the West Coast of Canada, where I've had a small studio and workshop since 1983.
These pages represent some of my work over the past 30 years, as well as a collection of new items reflecting a recent interest in traditional hand bookbinding tools and equipment.
I also make (and sell) beeswax polishes: I've been using these for many years, and they're easy and pleasant to apply as well as being good for the wood.
Lastly, there's a link to an occasional journal. Mostly it's just a record of the day-to-day life of a working craftsman.
