West Wind Hardwood in Sidney BC is where I've purchased virtually all my wood for over twenty years. It's a family run enterprise, and hugely helpful in finding unusual wood as well as uncommon sizes of lumber. They also seem happy to let me spend an hour or so picking through their stacks. -
